Elementary and Secondary School Relief Fund (ESSER)
As a part of the American Rescue Plan, the Norris School District has been awarded Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief III funding. ESSER III provides additional funding for school districts to respond to the Covid-19 pandemic to support and sustain safe reopenings and safe operations of schools while meeting students’ academic, social, and emotional, and mental health needs resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic.
