Welcome to online enrollment for the 21-22 School Year.
In order to provide timely processing of your electronic enrollment, be sure to read and follow all directions. If your child’s enrollment is not complete, we will request further documentation which will cause a delay in processing.
Enrollment Packets will only be provided once Proof of Residency is approved.

Proof of Residence
In order to complete an enrollment packet, you must provide evidence that you reside within District boundaries. The ONLY acceptable documents are:
Primary POR (must provide ONE)
AND
Secondary POR (must provide ONE)
We strongly encourage you to register for Kindergarten or Transitional Kindergarten as soon as possible. There will most likely be a waiting list for TK.
If your child was currently enrolled as a sixth grader at one of our elementary schools you will not need to complete a new enrollment form. If you need to submit proof of the required TDaP vaccination for entry to 7th grade, you may email proof of vaccination to norris.registrar@norris.k12.ca.us
You will need to gather documentation in electronic form (PDF) and attach to your submission. If you are unable to complete the enrollment form and need to return at a later time, you will be able to save your progress and return later. Be sure you have the following documentation ready before you begin:

Kindergarten
In order to enroll your child in Kindergarten he/she must turn 5 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year. (21/22 school year, date of birth 12-3-2015 through 9-1-2016)
Transitional Kindergarten
Transitional Kindergarten will be offered for all age eligible students of the current school year. If your child's birthday is on or between September 2nd through December 2nd they are eligible to enroll in Transitional Kindergarten. (21/22 school year, date of birth 9-2-2016 through 12-2-2016).
Additionally, students who are already 5 years old may be admitted into a TK classroom based on space availability. Families that have a child with an early fall or late summer birthday (turning 5) should consider Transitional Kindergarten, as well as those children who have had little or no pre-school experience.

Daily Schedule
The daily bell schedule for each grade level can be located by selecting "For Parents" from the "Resources" drop-down options. Then choose "Bell Schedules" from the right-hand menu.
Note: This is a multi-step online form, please do NOT print it out. After submitting the Proof of Residence form, the rest of the enrollment packet will be sent back to you for completion once residency is verified.
