Registering for the Informal Bidders List
Projects valued at less than $175,000.00 may be let to informal bidding, in accordance with the informal bidding procedures of the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act.  When a project is to be awarded via informal bidding, contractors that have registered on the informal bidders list will be notified with a general project description, location of where to obtain more detailed information, and the time and place of the bid submission at least 10 days in advance of the submission deadline and bid opening.

Each year around November the Norris School District will send out a questionnaire to contractors interested in being on the Districts' list.  Please complete the Informal Bid List Application and submit in one of the following ways:
