To print the Federal Application for Free and Reduced Lunches please click below. Only one application per household needs to be completed. If you have a children in High School and our district, you will need to complete an application for our district and one for the High School District. Once completed the original application needs to be turned into the school office. Sorry we are unable to accept applications submitted via FAX.
