Norris is returning all Special Education students to traditional, in-person instruction. All health and safety considerations and protocols that are given by local and state public health officials for general education will also apply to special education. If a student cannot attend in-person for medical reasons, our pre-COVID practices of addressing student needs through the IEP process will continue.
