REMINDER:
The pre-bid conference and job walk will commence at 10:00 a.m. on March 26, 2025. All attendees shall meet at Olive Drive Elementary School at 7800 Darrin Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93308 (West parking lot). Attendees will then travel to Veterans Elementary School at 6301 Old Farm RD, Bakersfield, CA 93312.

To access the bid documents:
- Select the "Download Files" button on the left side of this e-mail message.
- The message will download a .ZIP file to your internet browser.
- You should then be able to save all document files to your computer.

Sealed bids containing the following documents shall be received up to but not later than 10:00 a.m. of the 9th day of April, 2025:
1) Bid Form; 2) Non-collusion Declaration; 3) Site Visit Certification; 4) Designation of Subcontractors; 5) Cash, Certified or Cashier’s Check, or Bid Bond; 6) DVBE Participation Goal Compliance, 7) Bidder’s Acknowledgement of Project Schedule, 8) Storm Water Pollution Prevention Certification, and, if applicable, 7)Corporate Resolution authorizing officer to sign on behalf of and bind the corporation. Thereafter, prior to bid award, the successful Bidder shall submit to DISTRICT the DVBE Compliance Forms.
