Welcome to the Norris School District where we have been in the business of educating students since 1880. We have four elementary sites: Bimat, Norris, Olive Drive and Veterans Elementary and Norris Middle School serving 7th and 8th grade students. Our total student enrollment is approximately 4,200. Our 5th elementary school, Harvest Ranch, will be located on Verdugo, just north of Snow Road. We will be ready to begin construction as our student population grows.
At Norris, we are committed to meeting the needs of all of our students. Teachers and staff are dedicated to providing each student the opportunity to achieve his or her highest potential. We strive to provide an environment where students and staff are recognized for their achievements, feel safe in their surroundings, and are are treated fairly. We make every effort to help our students learn and grow and become responsible citizens. The Norris School District recognizes this is a tremendous responsibility and we take this responsibility very seriously.
I invite you to contact my office with your questions, comments, and concerns. It’s going to be a great year of learning!
