Please see the following resources in regards to Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. If you are concerned your child may be displaying signs or symptoms of diabetes, please contact your health care provider immediately for evaluation. 

 

If your child has been diagnosed with diabetes, please utilize the Diabetic Packet for Parents and Medication Authorization for Students With Diabetes forms in order to prepare for your child to attend school in the Norris School District. Once these forms are complete, you may return them to your designated school nurse.
